You may be wondering what PMHOKC stands for. It stands for Perfect My Home. Perfecting peoples homes have been exactly what we have been doing and are passionate about. Some of our main services and products that we offer are Pergolas, Outdoor fireplaces, Outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, etc. We have a full team of highly trained experts that make us a big part of Oklahoma’s outdoor living market.
We put a lot of time and training into our people and make sure we have the right person to join our family. We truly look at everyone at PMH as family and never want to lose that family business culture. Getting our work done is what we all get paid to do but we feel that how you do it and the attitude in which you approach a task or project is everything. You may be thinking to yourself what a typical day looks like at PMH. We start every morning with a daily huddle where we all sit around a table and take 30 minutes to talk about the day and exchange ideas and schedules. This allows us to constantly be informed of what is going on and key tasks that need to be focused on for the day. We typically have training 2x a week for an hour each time. The topic is hand selected by our leadership team to focus on our weaknesses. We strongly believe that this helps us to keep improving. A lot of our training has a large focus on leadership and developing leaders. We also have a team meeting every week where we discuss vision and summarize the last 7 days talking about wins and ways to get better. Our meets are fun and interactive. We encourage team members to lead discussions. During out week, it is a very laid back atmosphere that allows you to feel right at home. We utilize checklists for everything which prevents there from being a moving target. We feel that a group of people with strong leadership and focused on a clear mission can move mountains and accomplish a lot. There is nothing worse than hating where you work or dread coming to work. This is the main reason that there has to be alignment in our core beliefs.

We meet with you first to see if you are a good fit for the position and to also make sure we are a good fit for you. If you are a good fit, we will have you back for a more one on one meeting with one of our leaders to get to know a little more about you. This is a very quick process. At this point, we will call references and then give you a job offer if we want you to join our team.
