In some of our previous articles we have not got the chance to finish. We have started talking about our processes and flows and things like that. We have touched base on it in some of our beginning articles but we want to make sure that we can touch base with it for all of our new customers and all of our New Perspective customers who may be thinking about getting one of our hot tubs in Edmond or one of our construction projects. That is why we try to keep this content coming out of course they could go back and find it but since we do these articles weekly and we do 10 a week it will be quite difficult to find which one. Of course they’re all titled and you can tell by the title normally the article is going to be about so if you don’t mind and you want to go back to the very beginning that’s perfectly fine just pay attention to what the title is and you will find the article that you are looking for. These are very detailed articles. We don’t want you to wonder about anything and we know that they might still spark some questions but the good thing about writing so many articles is that sometimes your question will be answered in a later article. they are very well thought out these are not just articles where we are talking about absolutely nothing that customers care about we are telling you about us as company and that’s also a good Insight cuz sometimes we just want to support companies that are treating their employees good so we even tell you about that kind of stuff because use more of who we are and how we operate and what we are about. being a family owned company you want to make sure everyone knows what to expect when you are coming in and getting one of our hot tubs in Edmond the customer service here is like no other and you can read that online with all of our reviews we would love to say that it’s because of us but of course we have poured into them it’s an expectation but really the staff that we have are just incredible people who love their jobs and they show up and that’s what bleeds off into the customers and that’s what makes them continue to work with us or decide to work with us if this is their First Construction project. I believe in the last article though we got to just talk about kind of sitting down with your family and what that looks like setting the expectations of what you want versus what your spouse wants versus what the kids may want if you’re going to be doing like a complete backyard project there a couple different conversations that you may want to have before you actually come in so then you know what you’re looking for. it is also fun if you don’t cuz some customers will literally just come in and say that I just have a blank canvas I don’t know What I want to do with it but I know I want to do something with it and those are normally really fun projects cuz we get to show them the hot tubs in Edmond we get to show them all the wonderful things That we have that they can add to their backyard that will fill up space make it look full bring more Adventure to it if they have young children there’s a lot of different things that you can do in the backyard so even if you don’t have that conversation or you do and you guys do not get anywhere that’s perfectly fine we are here to brainstorm with you and show you ideas give you examples and of course you have the final say so on everything so that’s just something that we like to go out to our customers when they’re like I don’t necessarily know the route that I want to go or what exactly it is that I’m looking for That’s something that we can definitely help you with.
