As we are closing out this week we wanted to make sure that we didn’t leave out our other location where we have our hot tubs in tulsa. if you are from the area or that region and the surrounding areas we want you to know that any of the articles that we do Post still pertain to that location unless we are specifically talking about a trade show or something that is in Oklahoma City obviously you would still have the ability to be able to come and partake in it if that was something that you were interested in but you’re absolutely not required to come to that trade show. just like when we are talking about the trade shows that we do in Tulsa you are not required to go to those trade shows if you are in the Oklahoma City area although we’re sure that you guys already know that it’s just something that we want to put out there is that that really is the biggest difference when we are posting these things. We know a lot about customers and sometimes feel like the experience may have been different just because they know the corporate office of ours is in Oklahoma City and we have to travel to Tulsa when we are doing some projects and of course some 3D design presentations and things like that. We also do travel to Tulsa when we are delivering our hot tubs in Tulsa we are based and Oklahoma City so that means that most of our employees are based there we are starting to do a lot more hiring in the Tulsa area so that can be better staffed and then are people here can focus on being here and not have to worry about driving so very often. that never worry about it or complain since it is not like a super far commute which is why we were more than happy to open up a location in Tulsa it has been very beneficial it’s not a burden to us at all and we literally have somebody that is traveling to Tulsa every single day so it is definitely something that we have been achieving and will continue to achieve and I have to worry about anything. if you are getting one of our hot tubs in Tulsa we don’t want you to feel like there will be a delay in the delivery of your hot tub because as I mentioned we do set up days where they would be there and they would be delivering probably multiple hot tubs in one day so getting on the schedule is very important. Please keep in mind with all the information that you have read not of the articles about our processes and foes the things that you need to have complete before you even get to the point of being scheduled for delivery is like having your contract signed getting your photos sent into us and completely having the hot tubs in Tulsa paid off. unless you are doing something like financing then the hot tub will not be completely paid off because Wells Fargo normally does not pay that off until after it is delivered. That’s something that we would go over with you at the very beginning when she decided that you want to go that route. You gave us the approval number and things like that we can go over the things that we know would be very helpful for you to know from us. when it comes down to more the specific things that you need to know about Wells Fargo and the communication of The lingering questions that you may have we just like to always put that out there that for more of your specific questions like when you’re talking about interest rates and things like that that you are able to get all that information from them because those are questions that are just better suited for them we don’t know what that criteria looks like. they do send us of course like up-to-date projections of what they believe it to be based on like credit scores or the different factors that they look into but of course even they wouldn’t just be able to tell you exactly what an interest rate would be without application being done so there’s very important that you just know those kind of things before all those kind of questions start being asked when you are purchasing one of the hot tubs in Tulsa or construction project. Other than that we do all the research that we can for questions that we may not know the answer to but it sounds like something that could be answered maybe prior to doing the application or something like that we will literally pull all the bills and whistles that we can to get you taken care of.
