Know what to expect before you begin.

Clear answers help you decide whether the next step is right for your family, property and budget.
What determines the cost of a custom pool?
The primary factors are pool size and shape, site conditions, excavation, decking, interior finish, equipment, water features, lighting, an attached spa and any surrounding outdoor-living construction. PMH develops the design and estimate around your property, priorities and budget.
How long does a pool project take?
Every property and design is different. Permitting, weather, site access and project complexity can affect the schedule. PMH establishes expectations during planning and provides updates throughout construction.
Can I see the design before construction begins?
Yes. PMH uses 3D design to help you understand the pool, elevations, surrounding features and how the complete backyard will work together before construction.
Does PMH offer financing?
Financing options are available for qualified applicants through third-party lenders. Terms, rates and eligibility are determined by the lender.
Can PMH build more than the pool?
Yes. PMH can coordinate pools with patios, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, fire features and other approved outdoor-living elements so the space is planned as one project.
What support is available after the pool is complete?
PMH offers Pool Valet service options that can include water testing and balancing, brushing and vacuuming, filter care, equipment checks and customized maintenance schedules.
