As we are wrapping up the articles for this week we are covering the basis of what we’re hiring for and the future but also currently for the positions that we have available where we have our hot tubs in Tulsa. Another question that is very important to us is why would you like to work with us? question is it normal question that most people or employers ask when you’re looking for jobs whether it’s to sell hot tubs in Tulsa or to just clean the hot tubs because this is kind of where you can pull from your qualities your creativity your personality things that you know that you would bring to the table that you don’t feel like absolutely everybody else is bringing to the table. so in some of our former interviewing days before we found the amazing incredible job so we have now someone would say that let’s say you wanted to be a sales associate at a clothing store this is not something where you need to have a whole bunch of school knowledge you don’t need to be talking about because I have a degree in fashion it would be helpful if you were going to be like a fashion designer if you’re going to interview like that than you might want to pull out the bag but if you were just going to TJ Maxx to be a sales associate you could just say well you know I have a passion for helping customers find what they’re looking for something that fits the position that you are hiring or or I have a creative eye for customers not able to find exactly what they’re looking for they’re not sure how to piece that blouse together with a certain skirt I can go around the store and help them find the perfect outfit and then they will feel so grateful and appreciative that someone cared enough about what they were looking to find and what they were looking to wear and that’s something that I enjoy doing. you have to look into what you’re applying for what all it entails to know exactly what you need to say. so if you’re applying for a place like us and we are selling hot tubs in Tulsa and we ask you  why are you a good fit and you would let us know even if you didn’t have a bunch of knowledge you could say well you know I’ve always been curious about learning more about hot tubs I’ve grown up in them I have been to many vacations and enjoyed them and always wondered how do you get into this area or field and I’ve done a little bit of research about it or I’m expanding my knowledge on the hot tubs in Tulsa and I’m just very interested  in growing and also teaching what I’m learning to like a customer who’s coming in who started out with the same questions that I did now that I’ve done the research and I have the knowledge base I can continue to educate all the customers and make sure that they are all getting what they are hoping to find. if you partner with me on the knowledge that you know and I can partner with you on the knowledge that I have learned about the Hot tubs in Tulsa I feel that I would be  a great candidate to be a potential salesperson that could show customers the ins and outs the tips and tricks and could close the deal. I’m very big on building up close relationship building rapport with the customer because that’s always important When a customer is going to be pulling out a very large checkbook riding a large amount of dollars they don’t ever just want to do that for something I don’t know anything about or company that they don’t know anything about. it is a study that literally shows customers by who they like from you could have the worst hot tubs in Tulsa but if you get then the best customer service experience you answer everything question that they have and you made them just feel comfortable and confident in what you were selling them they would still pull that checkbook out and write you a check just because they like you. so it’s very important that we get someone who’s also big on customer service and communicating and building the rapport with the customers that we need because we also want them to continue to come back when they’re needing chemicals for their hot tubs in Tulsa we want this to be a long lasting relationship we won’t to leave a lasting memorable impression on all of our customers and so if you feel like that you can fit that we definitely want to hear from you as we are expanding and doing more for our showroom where we have our hot tubs and tulsa.
