Once you agree to the price quoted then your information will go into our system for a project to move forward a 25% deposit is required on all projects. if your project is under $50,000 your progress payments will be split up in four including the deposit so left over you will only have three payments left when your project exceeds the amount of $50,000 which is mostly on a pool project your progress payments are split into eight or nine payments that will all have a specific name once that line item is complete. If you are financing your project these rules will still apply. The only difference is you are not paying us directly but your selected lender is making payments on your behalf. While you are working on your project selections you will also receive a DocuSign contract that will go over all important information involving Perfect My Home you as the homeowner and the project being done. As mentioned if you have a larger project your draw schedule will also be in detail on your contract that you will sign if you have a smaller one the contract will just have the percentages available of how we come up with the four draws.
