Hey everyone and welcome back to our articles. We have been putting a lot of time behind the scenes into focusing on what we should start to write about. what things we may have already talked about that may need to be recapped or what more we could add to it to make sure we are not missing anything concerning the projects or the hot tubs in moore that we offer. This is very important to us because it is another avenue to be able to communicate with our customers and also our prospective customers who are looking more into getting one of these projects done because you will have a special type of insight and you will understand the processes and flows already. this is not a very super difficult process with us anyways but people are sometimes under the assumption when you hear construction projects that it will take a long time or it could be very messy because some people have been burned by construction companies there are a lot of different scenarios that can come into anyone’s mind when they’re thinking about getting one of these projects and our goal is to be very communicative to all of our customers we’re keeping you up to date we don’t ever want to keep you in the dark about anything. As a matter of fact when you are getting a construction project with us we require our project managers to reach out to you a certain amount of times in a week with updates. Of course if something was like a really big update they could go above and beyond that required amount but this is just something that keeps them accountable and it keeps you aware of what’s going on with your home. Especially if there was something that caused any delays like with the shipment or something that’s out of our control like the weather being bad then of course certain things will not be able to be done in bad weather and then we want to also keep our contractors and things safe. if you were getting one of our hot tubs in moore our goal would still be to be able to deliver it in a safe time zone. Depending on if you have coverage over the area where your hot tubs in Moore is going to be installed would help determine if delivery is something that’s still possible if the rain was maybe just light. Since there is electrical work that has to be done in connections and stuff like that, we don’t necessarily want to put someone out there in our hot tub crew to have to deal with any electrical and water being together. It’s just what say for everyone involved and normally all of our customers are very understanding of that if their delivery will scheduled on a certain day and it ended up pouring rain or something really bad and it had to get pushed back to the next day or maybe even just a couple of hours because we do know it’s Oklahoma the weather will switch in like 5 minutes so they’re sometimes we are still able to honor the delivery but of course with all things we just want to be safe for our customers our employees and everybody involved. There are a number of different reasons why we did want to start to do these articles so customers could know the processes and flows and they could grow with us as we grow as a company. this gives us the opportunity to tell customers about a potential product that will be launching soon if it’s something that we are going to bring in and it gives us the opportunity to receive feedback from you guys to decide if this is something that we should add to our showrooms where we have our hot tubs in Moore. we are normally not like a furniture store if you will when you come in and they don’t have something in stock and then they try to get you over to their computer to see all the online options that they have because they can do like special ordering and things like that to make sure that they can get you something that you’re looking for get you something that you need and see if it’s something that could arrive to your home in the expected time frame. since we are able to order in certain things if you came in and we were out of a specific hot tub or something like that we can order it in and then we can also order in other things that are dealer may be working on in building and just communicating with you and it will be ready and when it will be delivered. We’re just not a company where you can come in and say hey I saw this and can you order this in for me. If it is something that we are able to order, that’s something that we will do and maybe learn more about it to see if it’s something that we should add to our collection for our hot tubs in moore or it could be just a one-time purchase just for you. it’s just not something that we normally do so we do like to let customers know that ahead of time cause sometimes customers come in and they are looking for a very specific thing or maybe even sometimes a very specific brand just because we may not have the brand that you’re looking for does not mean that the product is not available so that’s where the good conversation that we have with all of our customers start to come into play so we can be sure that we’re on the same page and we’re getting you taken care of. We do work with the super duper great dealer who normally has just about anything that our customers ask for and we normally already have it in our showroom to avoid having to tell the customer that they would have to wait a certain amount of weeks.
