As we are wrapping up this week’s articles we hope that the information has been very insightful for you, especially if you are interested in starting a career with us and growing with us. We are doing a ton of expanding as we have discussed in the previous articles on many different areas where it is out in the field or maybe inside where we have our hot tubs in Moore. We are looking to definitely get all these positions filled here in the next couple of weeks so we are taking our time throughout the process of interviewing because we don’t just want to hire someone. We’ve learned that when you’re in a rush to just hire anyone normally you will be back at square one just within a couple of days maybe even sometimes a couple of hours so we definitely want to take our time and interview candidates and look at their qualifications or see where they have a passionate in but they are looking to learn more from to see how beneficial they could be to the team. We are very serious about the work that we do. We are very serious about every single position that we are currently hiring for and that currently already has somebody in place. we carry our core values we put them on bracelets so our team can continue to have them and where then so if they need to be remembered anytime about how they should be conducting themselves either it’s with a customer or something that they are just simply handling on their own that will show Integrity that is something that we really want all of our employees to embody. If you know anyone who would be looking for the positions that we have covered, we have not covered every single one. We have really only gone over three so far. We will continue to cover these positions because it is very important that they feel. we are going to be having a lot more information how the training Works especially when it comes down to the hot tubs in moore we want to make sure that everybody is trained with the same information which is the right information so when a customer comes in and doesn’t know much about it we are able to educate them and they feel confident about the purchases that they are making with us. Anytime a customer is getting a construction project that normally comes with a lot of different questions unless they’ve had a construction project before. We do have customers that work with us in phases so those customers really won’t have a lot of questions. They will have some questions that pertain to the new project but they normally don’t have any new questions about the process or how it goes. They become pretty familiar with that after they’ve had so many different phases. If you are curious on why customers do get projects and different phases like if they’re getting one of the hot tubs in moore this year and then decide that they want to add a Pergola or Pavilion to it in the next year there are a couple different reasons why customer Shoes sell their route. Some customers just want to do it so they can continue to pay cash for it, so they’re saving up for it so they can continue to make the payments as they approach. For some customers, if they are financing, they want to completely pay off one project before they start to pay off another one, so most of the time it is for financial reasons. We do have some customers that may be in between exactly on how they want their backyard to turn out so they can kind of get more of a better idea as things continue to be built out then they know what they want to add next and then they kind of do theirs back-to-back if they wish. or some customers are simply just busy and traveling and they want to be able to be at home to watch some of the process to make sure it’s being done and build the way that they want it to be built so that is another reason why Customer choose to do it in multiple different phases it kind of really just out there down to the customer and what their reasoning would be. there are many different routes customers can take for paying for their projects depending on what your position would be but role you would be interested in there is some that are pretty heavy in which is mostly in the office on the financial side for projects and also the hot tubs in moore and then there are other positions like the project managers who normally do the Gathering of the checks from the customers as the project continues to grow forward. Project managers normally get the payments and they take them to the office but then the payment will be deposited by the office staff. it’s a very easy process for payments if you are a Salesman in the showrooms. We have updated the system to make it a lot quicker and easier for our sales team members because we are caring about the process that you all will have as well. We did have it where it would take a long time to just check someone out if they were just getting a spice or honey or something so we definitely wanted to simplify that for everyone because no one wants to be there that long like you’re getting one at the hot tubs in Moore.
