This week we are going to cover a couple of different things, a couple of different topics. It may not be all the same topic that we are going to hope for and try to keep it along the same lines at least. all information of course is useful and helpful information and sometimes a lot of information that you may not be looking for but trust is someone else is reading these articles that is very curious about this. so this week we are kind of going to focus on the jobs that we have here because we do have some open that we are hoping to fulfill and we are hoping with these articles of course the right people the right candidates run into these articles and you feel comfortable applying and letting us know that you will be sending in the application or you will be coming in to our showroom where we have our hot tubs in OKC to get that application filled out and put in so we can be in contact with you if you fit the cross here that we are looking forward to schedule an interview. Our interview process is not a super hard interview process, it’s not very complex, it’s not something that you have never seen or heard before or ever been to. We are a company that is looking for very specific criteria depending on what position you are applying for. We do like to have people who have some experience but even if you do not have a lot of experience we just mostly want to work with someone who is willing to learn and you have the drive. if the drive is there normally everything else will fall into place you just have to really follow the instructions when you’re being trained when you come into the hot tubs in OKC depending on the area that you would be working in and then you will see what we are saying. The staff that we currently have now is absolutely amazing. They all have the drive to push to succeed to be good at what they do. They are all showing up for different training, different things that may not even necessarily involve the area that they are in. we do believe that there is a way that you can be when you have a job and the mentality that we really think is important for you to carry is the mentality of this may not be my area or job of expertise but every job is my job essentially that will make everything easy for you so if you’re ever being asked to do something that may be out of your scope of work you’re like this normally belongs to someone else someone else should be working on these hot tubs in OKC then you’re able to step in and help somebody out because maybe they’re backed up for the day or maybe they just had a lot of different things going on so they need it that extra push that extra hand from you and you were able to handle that for them that’s something that we gladly appreciate is the team work that we see our team get each other. It’s very important when you’re coming into a work environment that of course we want you to learn your role we wouldn’t give you any other thing to worry about until you have a message those are all things that come into play too when we are looking to delegate different tasks so once we look at all those factors then we can decide if adding more to your plate is something that you want. of course there are some people who don’t want anything else added to their plate they’re like my plate is absolutely full I’m already running around and dealing with all these hot tubs in OKC I don’t really want to deal with anything else if that’s the case we were just ask that you speak up and you would let us know that that’s not necessarily a good mentality to have but if you’re excuse ended up being really really understandable like you just have a completely swamp full schedule and there’s just not a second of your day that you can do this then okay but normally we got the mentality of there’s always something that you can do or move around where you could add an extra task to get done especially because When we are delegating a lot of tasks they are very easy and simple they’re never too complex they are something that you can get straight to and you don’t have to worry about it taking a super duper long time. If it is a pretty lengthy project normally that comes like a meeting because we want to sit down and talk to you about it make sure it’s something that you can handle and all of that make sure it would make sense with what your current role is when you’re doing hot tubs in okc. We of course want someone who is not just a team player but also excelled in customer service because most of these positions at some point will have some type of customer experience.
