To end off the week we are going to discuss kind of a lot of the different positions to kind of To end of the week we are going to discuss kind of a lot of the different positions to kind of rehab just to make sure that we at least get to mention all of the positions recap  just to make sure that we at least get to mention all of the positions Since they were not able to get an article because we were given so many tips and trips and a lot of inside looks on what we are looking for in an employee that we skipped over that a lot of that information. so let’s just run really quickly back over what we covered. The first article was about our customer service representatives who essentially set up the sales appointment for the outside sales team to go on to go to a customer’s home, look at their backyard here with their ideas and visions and give them a quote. Customer service representatives don’t necessarily have anything to do with the sales and the showrooms or the hot tubs in moore; they can schedule an appointment for someone to come in to look at the hot tubs if that is the route that a customer would prefer to go. if we are needing any assistance and once you are trained in a lot of the information then of course we would ask if you would be willing to help out and then that would be a way that you would be involved in like the construction projects if someone came in wondering how to get started and needing to set up a sales appointment and you would already know how to do all of that in that position because it’s literally what you do over the phone you’re just doing getting person this way or if they were needing to look at the hot tubs in moore  you will be able to take them around and show them what we currently have available and get a good idea since you would be taking so many different phone calls this is a position where your knowledge just kind of naturally grows. we do have a script that you follow in this position and there’s a lot of information they have pricing cuz some customers want like a rough estimate we never can really just quote anyone over the phone of how much the project would be because everything is custom and customers sometimes think that there should just be a flat rate and there’s not just a flat rate so we’d like to tell them where things start at and where it could go up to or we would just stay a number and then say on up because really it can go on up depending on how Wild the customer’s imagination can be. so that’s a little bit of information about that one and then I believe we covered our project manager position next the ones who manage the project where it’s at they do the scheduling for the contractors to come out and do their role they don’t really do much with the hot tubs in moore either  outside of your scheduling someone when it’s time for it to be delivered or somebody is doing like a hot tub move then that’s something that they schedule and that’s pretty much it from there. Their position is very important to us as well we put a lot into them and a lot of training into them so everyone will at least be able to answer questions even if we’re not able to just tell customers right off the bat all the information that they may have about our hot tubs in moore  at least another basic information so if a customer ever got curious about one while they were working on their construction project they will be able to get those questions answered for them or at least put them in the right care and hands for us to be able to take over from there. the last position that we did cover was then our inside sales and we did actually fail to mention that of course there was outside sales meaning that someone is driving around from house to house to do the quotes. it kind of depends on which position you feel like would fit you best we do have a hybrid role now so it’s more of a half and half situation which would really work for anyone if you’re not sure if you want to work in the showroom where we have the hot tubs in moore Or if you’re not sure if you want to drive around and go from customer’s houses to houses but it’s a good way to figure it out if you would be doing both you would find out which one fits you best. we are definitely open to everyone doing more of a hybrid schedule because we want you to be able to go to the customer’s houses especially if a customer comes in to our showroom where we have our hot tubs in moore  and makes a great connection with you as an inside salesman it would be absolutely wonderful if then you would go to their house and be there outside salesman and then they’re only just dealing with one person until it gets to the office side or the operational side and to us that seems a lot better and for customers it seems a lot better too cause then they don’t feel like they’re talking to multiple different people especially about the same thing so we think that that would be a great idea for everybody to kind of go hybrid.  If this is something that you would be interested in or you know someone that will be interested in it please feel free to give us a phone call or redirect them to our website where you can fill out the application online and we will be reaching out with next steps if we decide to move forward.
