The contract keeps you accountable and us as your contractor accountable so be sure to look over everything and let us know if you notice any discrepancies or need further assurance. It is important to get your contract signed and sent back to us as soon as possible as that can delay the start of your project as well.

Fourth Contact: Project selections are up next. If you went to our showroom you can complete them there or you can schedule a day to come back to complete them. If you were scheduled for an outside sales appointment you will have to come to one of the 3 showrooms to complete your project selections unless you’re getting a pergola. We have a very accurate picture of the stains available and we can help you with that through email by sending you the picture. Once we send you your welcome email you will be informed whether or not we need your project selections still. Last Contact: Your project manager will communicate with you and get your project started one to two weeks after your walk through. Your PM will know your progression payments and let you know when you have an upcoming payment and the amount it will be and collect it from you. If you decide to remove anything, change anything, or add anything you will be required to do a change order. It is a very similar process like the first docusign contract sent to you but it will not have all the details of your entire project only the change will be listed. The contract will have a link for you to pay for the change if required in the docusign.
