If you found our amazing social media you probably called us and you’ll get scheduled for one of our outside salesmen to come to your house and give you a free proposal which is good for 30 days. If you dropped in to one of the showrooms to view hot tubs in Edmond, Moore, or Tulsa everything sales related can be done right there in store.
We will send you a welcome email and docusign contract for you to look over. It will have your proposal attached with your project. It is important to get signed and sent back to us as soon as possible.
Next will be your selections for your project. If you went to our showroom you can do those there or you can schedule a day to come back to complete them if you don’t have the time to complete them or you need to bring someone back with you for that portion. If you were scheduled for an outside sales appt you will have to come to one of our showrooms for your selections unless you’re getting something like a pergola. We have a very accurate picture of our stains and we can help you with that through email. Either way once we send you your welcome email you will know whether or not we need selections from you. If you are getting a hot tub in Edmond that is something you want to choose in store to get as much information as you can especially if this will be your first time owning your own hot tub. There is a lot of information that needs to be shared with you concerning maintenance, delivery, and so forth. Following your selections this is the part that starts to make you get excited about your outdoor living area project is your walkthrough. You get to meet your Project Manager who will be handling all things concerning your project to make sure everything moves smoothly and in a timely manner for you to start enjoying and making memories in your backyard right at home. You and your project manager will walk through your backyard talking about placement of what will go there he will make outlines and sometimes depending on what your project includes for pools excavation can even happen. Walk-throughs don’t normally take more than 30-45 minutes. You get familiar with your project manager and what happens and he gets familiar with your backyard and what needs to happen next and starts scheduling those appointments. This is also a good time if you haven’t mentioned prior to your walkthrough if you will need permits for HOA or anything like that. You have 2 options to go about that you can file for it yourself and what is needed from us like a sketch we will provide to you or we can file the permit for you which makes things a lot easier for you. Your Project Manager is who you will communicate all things with so get very familiar with him especially if you’re getting a pool, or hot tubs in Edmond.
Next it’s pretty self explanatory your project manager will communicate with you and get your project started about one to two weeks after your walk through. Your project manager will know your progress payments and let you know when you have one upcoming and the amount it will be. If you decide to add something, change something, or take something off you will need to do a change order. It is a very similar process like the first docusign contract sent to you but it will not have all the details, it will only be about the change that you are implementing on your project. The contract will have a way for you to pay for the contract if required included so you won’t have to worry about a check or anything like that to pay for a change order but that is also an option and completely up to you to decide how you would like to pay. If you are financing depending on your lender, a change order could be quite difficult and it may be best to pay for a change order out of pocket. Keep in mind that also with financing you want to keep in touch with us as well as them so you know you are good on both ends especially when you receive your hot tubs in Edmond.
