We were going to be covering about two more pairs that we felt would be perfect to end up this week’s articles of course in the other article we ended up just kind of talking more about our customer experience how we really treat our customers the way that we want our customers to always be us any time that they come into our showroom to look at our hot tubs in moore or anytime they come in to look at absolutely anything and it literally does not matter who you are and what you are coming in to purchase we treat everybody absolutely the same and that’s what that article ended up being about. it’s still very helpful article because again it gives you an outside look of who we are and how we are family owned and that we really do carry that principal even into our staff to our customers and customers can see it they can feel it and that’s always a treasure and a reward to us because we really want to make sure that we are putting out the best experience ever for our customers. We know that it is a very big step when anybody comes in and they’re talking about a Pergola one of our hot tubs in moore, a pavilion, a fire pit, even our patio furniture we are very excited that customers are trusting us enough to open up their doors to the products that we have to offer. That’s why we were so dedicated this year to you so many other products that customers have been asking us about and we just didn’t have because we were just like okay we have the hot tubs in moore we have the chemicals that that we that they need and we were thinking like hey that’s a very good start that should be just enough and then customer start asking us more about like more wellness products that are very popular these days and we just didn’t know if we wanted to get off into that but since we are already in that Niche we figure why not and we already have customers asking for it so we might as well be able to offer that to our customer so they don’t have to worry about dealing with multiple different companies when you are getting a construction project. that is something that can be a big headache along the process just because you’ll have so many different companies in and out of your home there will be a lot of different rules of course you would think most of me have the same basic rules like tree to space like it’s your own be respectful but if you were to work with a contractor who didn’t want to follow such rules and they’re like leaving water bottles all over your yard or they were leaving chicken bones all over your yard and and you have multiple different companies working together and you’re not sure who exactly is doing that you just won’t want to be involved with any of them and so then all of the companies end up looking bad because then you still could have the same mindset of well even if it was another company y’all saw that the person left that water bottle there why didn’t you pick it up and put it in trash when you were put in your stuff in the trash so there’s just a lot of different things that happens when you would have multiple different people working there. now if you had like one of the hot tubs in moore just being delivered while you were working with other people and they were doing something different that would be totally different because that is not something that takes multiple days you’re going to get your hot tub delivered they’re going to hook it up they’re going to show you some basic things that you need to know to get you started on your way and then that’s pretty much it so we wouldn’t be there doing that much work but then if you have something like a swimming pool and then you picked another company to come in and put like a swimming park like a fancy type of water slide that we possibly didn’t offer and all of that then we have to you know I’ll figure out how to work together to get this job done for you perfectly.
