Okay as we are wrapping up the articles for this week we are so excited to close out with the very important topics that we hope will shed a lot more light on some of the other things that project processes look like. If you went into a furniture store to purchase a new couch or a kitchen set whatever the case may be you’re going to eat a Salesman they’re going to show you around you they’re going to ask you some questions to get a good idea of what they should show you first that would best fit what you are describing because no one wants to in a sense waste their time so based off of that questions that are being asked and answers that are being given they are going to take you to the thing that this fits what you are asking. now of course a good salesman is going to give you multiple options mean that they can show you exactly what it is that you’re looking for or they can take that information that you’re giving to them and they will show you something that is along those lines but better and it would probably be above your budget cuz at this point in time you probably say the budget but then they would also show you something else that is along those lines as well but it would be below your budget because then what a good salesman would do with compare and contrast why going below your budget of course could be helpful for you financially which is something that we know about our customers look at a place that really big role in the final decision they make on anything whether construction project or one of our hot tubs in moore  it just gives a good salesman something to work with when we are able to show you something and then show you something better and so it could just give you more insight on why you should maybe try to adjust your budget or if you’re okay with being below your budget or right at your budget whatever the case may be that is something that we will work with you with but a good salesman is going to also show you multiple different choices and they’re going to show you the differences between them and why this one would be the better choice. and there are some cases in some scenarios where the cheaper option is the better choice. some customers think that because it’s expensive it’s better and that’s not necessarily the case in anything sometimes you can get a vehicle that’s in the lower year and it can be more expensive than a car that’s at a higher Year and that is really different because you know cars depreciate as soon as you leave the lot but depending on what the features are with the mileage is how I was cared for how it was taken care of  these are situations that we can run into into everyday life. which is why I normally other salesman also is going to save the budget conversation first one of the last questions it’s still very important it’s not like we wouldn’t ask questions it’s still in a very important question still definitely going to be brought up on that initial conversation but definitely Something that we want to get a feel from based off of the answers that you would be given to the questions that your salesperson would be asking. this is just very helpful information and like an inside look on the processes of not just our process when you come in to get a construction project or look at one of our hot tubs in Moore  but this is an overall look of what sales look like and literally anything that you were shopping for. Now I could be a little bit different for a vehicle because most of the time vehicle people are only going to show you the kind of car that you want but in summer it is a little bit difficult and show you some things out of your price range and your pricing. Now if you’re financing one thing about them, if you start with that first step and you get approved, they are not going to be trying to show you anything that is above your approval; they will be showing you exactly what you can get approved with exactly what you can drop off the car lot with. The time that you spend it across a lot is pretty lengthy most of the time so on the weekend if I understand why they would be a little bit more different and more so focused on exactly what you’re looking for and then exactly what it is in your budget. Now if you come in and you are very specific and you are very firm on your budget that’s just something that you should share with almost anyone because they would make you those other recommendations if you’re just like hey I’m just not even interested in looking at them I would definitely put that out there so we wouldn’t show you any of my other hot tubs in Moore  or anything less that and you wouldn’t want to see.
