Nobody likes to ask somebody one thing and get told one thing and then ask someone else the same question and get told something completely different. That is one of the worst things and that is how you know companies do not communicate with each other and that is something that we try our best to keep down here. of course with changes in the rules and if somebody was on vacation or something like that they were not able to catch it when we informed everyone as soon as they get back we make it our priority to make sure that they are up to date on any changes or any new updates on our processes and flows whether it’s concerning our projects or one of our hot tubs in Moore. We know that all of our customers appreciate the effort that we put in in our communication with them while they are having a project or will be moving on to a project. when we meet with our customers after the project is done and we do like video reviews with them if they agree to it I would say the most common thing that they say is the communication that they receive from their project manager throughout the duration whether it was a delay update or anything like that even with predicting whether we are letting you know like hey according to the forecast it looks like it’s going to be raining for the next three days meaning that that’s going to push us back because we were going to be working on XY and Z so it’s very important that we are communicating with our customers on what’s Happening especially because it’s your home we definitely want you to know that we respect your home we respect your time we respect absolutely everything that you are allowing us to do at your home. A lot of times people think that we’re just coming to houses and we’re just working and they don’t have to be there.
