As we are finishing this week we hope that you have enjoyed the articles for the last couple of weeks. we know that we have been pouring out so much information is so much knowledge and probably so much stuff you have no idea what we’re talking about and you do not even care about but here we are sharing it with you because it is beneficial because you are getting an inside look of who we are you’re getting to learn more about the company we know that a lot of people don’t even shop with people that they do not like. We had a recent experience where we were going to be shopping around and we were looking for a specific thing and although the first company that we dealt with had exactly what we needed and it was a great deal and we were ready to close that deal with them shortly after there was no follow-up there was no communication and so we ran to another company around the same time who were all who was offering the same thing but you know what they had extra they had follow-up they had great communication they had great skills they didn’t just have a great conversation with us just because it was a sales appointment and they were looking to make a sale and then I’m letting us go they wanted to keep that communication up with us they wanted to keep the same standard and that is something that we imply especially with our hot tubs in Moore. We like to stick with our customers throughout the entire process. We never just have customers come in and they are like I’m looking for a hot tub and we don’t ask them a number of different questions because we want to help you look for the perfect hot tub that will fit you and your family. We encourage each and every person who comes in and whether they even purchase something or not to leave us a review just because we know that they had a great experience even just talking to a sales person getting questions answered. we have sales where we have seen the customer met the customer like a year ago and they weren’t ready then they just came in and had a bunch of questions got a good idea of what they were looking for and and still came back a year later to still purchase one of our hot tubs in moore if that does not speak to the experience that we are giving our customers I just do not know what will. it takes a great long lasting impression to know that you went somewhere and had a great salesperson and just a great experience and you are going to come here when you are for sure ready to move forward with the purchase really says a lot and that always makes us so happy and it makes us know that we are doing a great job with our employees in the training that we are giving them to treat people how they want to be treated.
