Perfect My Home has completed another year at the Oklahoma State Fair. We interacted with so many different people who attended and who also had booths at the fair. We sold some of our best hot tubs in Moore. This was a great turn out for us this year. Of course some days are slower than others but we just about sold at least 2 hot tubs a day. We worked hard on our display. We had a pergola, chairs, and hot tubs on display on different levels. All hot tubs are luxury premium; some features/benefits just work better for others. We spend quite a bit of time talking to customers because we want to make sure you get what you want and know what to expect when you get one of our hot tubs in Moore. We sold some floor models that are still brand new in great condition. We also sold somewhere they will get delivered from our shop. There are normally a ton of questions most customers have over the phone and it’s really beneficial for us and you as the customer to have a visual to be sure we are on the same page. Our vision was to capture the projects we offer from outdoor kitchens, pavilions, pergola, fireplaces, fire pits, tv cabinets and our hot tubs in Moore.We had to find a good size store to be able to build all of this but we did and we still have room for you to comfortably walk around. It’s really nice to offer a showroom for customers to come in and see an example of what they want. We are not able to do as much at trade shows and events like that due to the limited space but when we can build out quite a bit we will. Everything is customized by you how you want it even if it’s not something we offer. We can still get it in and use it for your project; you will just have to pay an upgrade fee to use something like your own stain.
Speaking with customers at the state fair we learned the most common concerns and thoughts when they are communicating with us. To make things easier for you or anyone else in the market looking for what we offer we made different flyers that can answer a lot of questions that you may have. When this is your first home project it can come with quite a bit of stress because you are not 100% sure what to expect so we try our best to not keep you in the dark and make sure you know. The most simple project is with our hot tubs in Moore due to just having to deliver to our customers home but sometimes it does require we have to do concrete if your home does not have enough for the install. Keep in mind when having multiple different parts you can hire someone else to do certain portions or do them yourselves its just not recommended because our work is great where no one else work is needed because if they mess up they will try to blame it on Perfect My Home to avoid doing the work to fix it.
