What a normal day looks like will vary from employee to employee as you know each row has different tasks. What booking experts day looks like is pulling up all of the lead boards and seeing how many leads came in going down the list contacting them to get them scheduled for an appointment. When she has the time outside of booking the appointments she will call our current projects and confirm things such as walkthroughs and she will also confirm sales appointments that are already booked within the system on a day-to-day basis. That is what the very beginning of your project looks like whether she calls you or you come visit our showroom if you are coming to look at our hot tubs in OKC This is the very first step.
Now we are at your sales appointment. One of our team members has come to your home and had a conversation with you about what you are wanting, what your vision is or you imagine for it to go. We will discuss more budget things like what area you want to stay in and will go over discounts that are having any sales to make sure we get you the best discount out there. We do offer many different discounts including military but one thing to know is that we do not stack discounts so how we do that is we move forward with whichever is the highest. Primarily a good deal of questions can be answered even maybe about the timeline it just would not be accurate it would be like a rough estimate because you have to always consider things like the weather . Once you have approved your estimate and you are good with the amount from here you can start to apply for financing if that is the route you want to take or just let your sales rep know that you are going to be a cash customer making progress payments along the way. soon you will be contacted by the corporate office you will get what we call their welcome email going over any further next steps needed from you like your project selections, your DocuSign contract signed and if the financing company reaches out to us if they are needing anything from you like documents we will also let you know that. Please keep in mind that the financing company does not share any of your information with us. All they tell us is that you were approved and how much you were approved for and may just let us know that they are pending documents from you and if we speak to you please let them know. They are a reputable company and their discretion is great even towards us as the company doing your construction project or bringing you one of our hot tubs in OKC. So now you can call yourself in the admin phase because you are working with your financing company and you’re working with your contracts and you’re doing project selections. Once all of that is complete we will be following up with you to schedule your walk through or you will now meet your project manager.
