We are always looking to improve on any areas that we need to improve on in our customer service experience. The way that we know that is by communicating with our current customers who are getting projects done or are previous customers who have already gotten projects done. you may wonder how we still get feedback from customers who already have a complete project and that’s because they always come back for more. If we could tell you how many customers we have that are repeat customers we would be here for quite some time. and that’s because a lot of our customers decide to get their projects in different phases which makes total and complete sense when you are looking at it from a financial side, timeline, and many of the other factors that play in life. A lot of our customers are very busy, they do a lot of traveling and of course they want to be involved. They want to see the progression of the project so they may not want to be in another country while their house is being worked on. Although we can work on your projects while you are not there except for our hot tubs in OKC it is definitely preferred that you are there when we are delivering that even though we have already had a walk through with you and we’ve discussed where you want it to be placed you don’t have to be there if you literally just cannot but it is definitely preferred that you are there because we want to show you how things work especially if you got automations like Alexa and smart stuff we want to show you the ropes and kind of how to get started on it so you don’t have to worry about that when you are getting your hot tubs in OKC. if you cannot make it we would just like to schedule a time to come back so we can show you everything cuz you want to make sure that you’re prepared for it or even if you’re going to be too busy and you’re like hey I just wanted to be there install it and I can figure out how to do all the simple things I just don’t need to know anything about chemicals I I literally cannot deal with that. I do not have time for that. We do have a wonderful valet service that will be great for our customers who are always on the go and they’re just way too busy to handle the upkeep of it. because the upkeep is going to be very very important because you want to make sure you have your hot tubs in OKC for the longevity of time. A hot tub is not made to last an entire lifetime meaning like over 45 years but you never know what could happen it definitely has a lifespan of around 15 years and maybe even longer with proper upkeep even extra and maybe not it not even being used often it could be about 20 years so that’s just something that we always like to prepare our customers for when it comes down to that and you want to make sure that you beat that because without the proper of keeping maintenance of the hot tubs in OKC you could possibly be looking at around 8 to 10 years. so like we were mentioning before the processes that we love to go through for our customers who travel a lot and who are very busy of course we do have that wonderful valet service that we can offer to you and then also if you are getting a project and you want us to stop working on your project why you will be traveling all you have to do is let your project manager know and we will pause everything that we are currently doing and we just have to be honest with our customers up front like we always are and let you know that this will delay your project it’s not going to be done if we had a conversation with you about estimate of when it would be done obviously it would be kick back. it could also be kicked back even more if you are gone for a really long time because please keep in mind your project manager has multiple different projects that they are running at the same time so with that it could be kicked back because Their days are already planned out and so we wouldn’t want you to be in a position of being kicked back so far because then they are also getting new projects as well that they have to get started. it is always recommended even if you are out of town especially for like maybe in the middle of the project that we continue to work why you are not there but of course we are very respectful and it’s your home at the end of the day so whatever the customer wants that is what we will go with but it’s always recommended that we still continue to work wow you are away. as mentioned earlier is completely different if you’re getting one of our hot tubs in OKC we can totally understand you want to be there and we want you to be there.
