Will continue on with the conversation about the positions that we have available. We do not want to miss out on the opportunity to discuss anything also available in the Tulsa area. if you do know anything about us you do know that we are operating out of three different locations if you are just looking at our showrooms where we have our hot tubs in Tulsa we do also have a shop where we have hot tubs and things like that so this is where if you were looking to be like a shop hand, or like any of our inventory type of positions that we have available where you would need like an office in the type of shop area this is where you would be positioned at. We do have offices in the back of our showroom in Edmond so this is more of your administrative team. this is where we have our HR the owners and the assistance and of course in the main area of the showroom that’s where you have your sales team members and things like that so we have everything structured in the way that makes complete and total sense where nobody is ever confused about what different positions go it’s all organized and it all makes complete sense in an all close together. and this article since we did cover the positions that we have available in Tulsa which is a sales team member as of now where we have our tubs in Tulsa we want to probably talk about some of the questions that we are going to be asking you in an interview why those questions are important to us and this kind of is like a cheat sheet if you’re going to be applying exactly what type of information that you’re going to be looking for. We’re not going to be telling you what we want to hear necessarily because everybody would come into the interview and say the same thing. We want you of course to be able to do the research and find what to say on your own. eventually we will reach a spot in the Tulsa area where we will not just be hiring for like a sales team member because we want to fully expand the way that we have in Oklahoma City down there to where we are having valet services and all the different things  there as well so a great deal of opportunities will be opening up there we hope within the next year or two so we are buying properties and stuff now we’re preparing for all of it now so we can have a shop there so everyone does that always have to worry about traveling up to the city unless it’s needed but we’re definitely working with what we have now we definitely have a great team of Tulsa people who do commit to the traveling up here when they need to because you know it’s less than 2 hours away so it’s not a horrible job but most of the time you know  you would like to be close to home and that’s something that we would love to be able to offer to anyone who is working with us especially where we have our hot tubs in Tulsa. So one of the big questions that we have started asking everyone when they are interviewing is what have you learned about perfect to my home. We are asking candidates that because that really lets us know if you are just in a position of looking for a job any kind of job you don’t know what it is that you want there’s no passion there all you’re doing is sending an application to anybody who wants to drop their hiring for that’s not necessarily a bad thing especially if you’re putting that kind of position in life where you just like I need a job but I’m really care what it is and so you’re putting in multiple different applications but that would be problematic for the person who would be interviewing you because then they’re going to feel like well why do I need to bring you into this position or you don’t have any passion for this you don’t know anything about it especially if you don’t carry any experience in it so it’s very important that you always do research on any company that you are applying for. we’re not telling you you need to have a ton of knowledge about the hot tubs in Tulsa we know that that’s something that comes with training that we know that that’s something that we are constantly still learning and growing in so the only thing that we really would expect from you and like that kind of response would be Like you know I went to your website and saw that you guys do construction projects I saw that you guys offer Dimension One hot tubs in Tulsa which is a luxury brand just we don’t need you to know very in-depth information about anything like it would be enough just to scratch the surface something that just gave us enough to know that you actually went to our website you actually charge your best to learn more about us you learned that we’re family owned you know that Randy and Amye are the owners  very simple things that won’t even take you three to four articles to read you can literally learn this type of stuff in like the first two sentences on the about us page that lets us know that you are at least serious and committed to learning more about us and what we do in the services that we offer and the hot tubs in Tulsa which is very important. We cannot stress that enough to any position that we are hiring for that we really want you to have some kind of knowledge about everything that we are offering. just because you never know when you may need to step in and help someone out or if the showroom is swamped you may have to step up and help a customer and show a customer some things until someone with more knowledge can step in and finish helping you close out the customer for the hot tubs in Tulsa.
