As soon as you walk into our showroom you will be greeted by one of our amazing salesmen who will give you a little rundown about what we have in store. The first thing that you will see when you walk in is our hot tubs in Tulsa but there are also other amazing things in our showroom. We have example work of the pergolas, pavilions, fireplaces, fire pits, outdoor kitchen, and appliances for your outdoor kitchen, and the top all of that off we have some spices and rubs that you can only get in our showroom and some very good honey our customers love. Since most of our customers do stay in our showroom for an hour or more we do have complimentary drinks and snacks which is just a nice added benefit when you come into our showroom.
If you are coming for a 3D rendering presentation you will be in a private room that is set up really cool with a large TV for you to see your vision come to life on screen. if there are any adjustments that you would like to make to your 3D design or 3D designer will be at the presentation as well and can make those adjustments for you right on the spot. you will also get to see your design through virtual reality also known as the Oculus so you can walk around and get a full field of your project before the construction even begins. If you are getting one of our hot tubs in Tulsa It will not be necessary to get one of the 3D renderings because the hot tub will be delivered to your desired location of your backyard. You are always more than welcome to add more to your order if you are just getting a hot tub but if that is the only thing that is pretty much all you will need. In some cases You may have to get more concrete with your order because the hot tubs in Tulsa have to be installed a certain amount of feet away from your home and that is required by Oklahoma State it may be different for some other customers HOA. All projects are always a case by case scenario. We never do anything exactly the same, which is also a neat thing because you can be sure that you are getting your own personal experience with us. We do carry some hot tubs that are exclusive in the color that they come in but that is about the only unique thing that we offer on our hot tubs besides our dealer being Dimension One spas. when you are getting another project like a Pergola or Pavilion swimming pool those are completely customizable to what you choose in your project selections. We do offer many different designs that you can choose from inside of our showrooms that you will also see when you come in and see our hot tubs in Tulsa That are all very and they are all on different levels. We do have some standard project selections that automatically come with your project and then we have some selections that you can upgrade to for example granites come and level one level two and level three. The difference between them sometimes is hard to see. Level twos are pretty popular because you get better options that are less on movements and granite. level three are normally he says appointments pretty heavy in movement but looks the cleanest and smooth when you are picking out your granite. when you come in to do your project selections your salesman will go over all of that information with you to make sure that you are aware because if you do decide to upgrade that we’ll have to go on your invoice. If you have already started your project and signed your contract then it will be time for you to get a change order. Our change orders do also come from DocuSign and we do have a secure link that DocuSign will send you to pay for that change order on the spot. If you would like we can take a check on change orders we just need to know that prior so we can send you the correct contract without the DocuSign link to request payment you will be signing a different type of contract. When you are coming in to check out our hot tubs in Tulsa and you decide to move forward you will be signing a contract in store with your sales team member. they will go over all information with you that may be helpful for you to know the most important things to know about that is the process on the next steps. we will have you go to your home and take pictures of where your desired location for your hot tub will be so we can advise if you are going to need more concrete or if it looks fine just so we can have it in our records in the event that you may not be home when we deliver your hot tub in Tulsa. it is not a requirement that you are home when we deliver your hot tub but we do know most of our customers do want to be there so we schedule it around your schedule if that is your preference but if you’re pretty busy and you do not mind us delivering your hot tub just let us know we will still work out for the delivery date that you agree to and then when you get home you can expect your hot tub to be there.
