This week’s topics have been a very fun topic. We have been going over the current positions that we have available, why we think we are a great company to work for and what we are looking for in candidates when you are applying. we are kind of giving you an inside look, sharing some tips and stuff on what would be the perfect fit for us and what role that you could perfectly fit in so this is kind of a cheat sheet if you will so we are very excited that you decided to check this out To learn more about the current opportunities. Just to do a quick recap of what we have already covered and a lot of these positions do not apply to where we have our hot tubs in Tulsa but eventually at some point they will because we will be expanding further out there to do a lot more. We just wanted to get the Oklahoma City metro area kind of down packed so that when there was expansion going on in Tulsa we could send people up there to be able to train all of the new candidates that we have there. this is going to be a wonderful opportunity once we do have everything going and we are getting more projects in Tulsa and everything is picking up and we would absolutely love to have Tulsa completely staff to where they are running absolutely everything that we are running here in the city all the way down to our valet services so we are very excited  to bring more of these opportunities to the Tulsa area if you are considering moving to the Oklahoma City area or if you are just fine with the loan commute in the mornings and are able to make it to work on time no worries then this still could be a wonderful opportunity for you we are open definitely to having someone who can travel back and forth because the people that we do have working in Tulsa still do travel back and forth when we’re having like in-person meetings and things like that so it’s not like you would never come to Oklahoma City at all you would just stay where we have the hot tubs in Tulsa there is just a minimal traveling required. Now where we do have our project manager in Tulsa he does a ton of driving just because he also has projects in the city but he does live in the Tulsa area so that is a good opportunity as well if you are looking to be a project manager that’s what we covered in the very last article we went over kind of said an expectations of what they do and what it looks like in their day-to-day life and the importance that it plays within the company. We went over how project managers are not really your salesman. He’s not going to be trying to sell one of the hot tubs in Tulsa but if he is currently working on the project he will get you in contact with a sales person that will get you taken care of for that hot tub. Everything that we do here is a team effort is a group effort to make things go along especially the way that a customer wants things to go along and flow so it’s definitely all hands on deck and all things if you get asked a question and you’re not sure of it you just let that customer know that you are going to be getting the right party in contact with them and that they will be following up as soon as they possibly can. Since we are all very busy in the positions and roles that we all do for the company it is so important that we all set realistic expectations for any customers no matter what role you are in. We don’t ever want you to stumble over your words and try to give it answer for something that you don’t know if you are not an expert on the hot tubs in Tulsa we would prefer for you to let that customer know that you would follow up with one of the amazing sales team members who would be able to answer all your questions efficiently and effectively and accurately because that is what all customers want. Just imagine if a customer asked you a question and then they did their own research after the phone call and found out that that was completely incorrect. or what if  a customer ask you a question and then later on they went to a different shop where they sell hot tubs in Tulsa and was told to completely different answer from what you told them and it was also the correct answer then we would look bad as a company  in their eyes because you represent the company anytime that you’re doing something for the company Or on company time you are a representation of who we are and that’s why it is so important that you are always doing your due diligence when you are on the clock and you are following our record values. these are some just helpful tips and tricks and inside things that we do that we know the customers appreciate and we appreciate ourselves because then no one has to talk to an angry Customer because they got told the wrong information or got the runaround  they feel confident working with us and that is so very important in this line of work of construction that Customers can trust every single word that we say and they know that we are not feeding them any bad information and that we are truly concerned about their project and we are concerned about their hot tubs in Tulsa when they are in the process of picking one out we are not just showing them the most expensive one we are literally listened to everything that they are saying or listen to their budget and everything and that is something that customers really do appreciate.
