In our previous article we introduced to you the owners, co-owner, human resources director, and our CIO. In this article we are going to cover more of the behind the scenes team that makes things easier for you on your project and after your project is complete. We hope with these personal touches of who we are and who does what, you can understand our values more and why we implement them and why we are top rated for what we do. It is not just because of the projects we build but who we are. We have made life long friendships with some of our customers and that is what we aim to do. We are training our employees to be leaders so they can confidently manage their roles and grow within our company if they wish to do so. Most of the time all people need is resources and an opportunity here at Perfect My Home that is what we give. Let’s get back to our wonderful employees and some of the duties they play while in the duration of your project or your hot tubs in Tulsa delivery.

Our COO is Joey, who is getting ready to celebrate his 1 year anniversary with Perfect My Home. Joey joined the team to relieve duties off of Randy and it has been a great decision since he started. He is fantastic with people skills and comes from a school and counseling background so he does great with managing the project managers. He has put so much time and effort into learning construction to be well versed when he is speaking to us about new ideas or you as the homeowner to understand next steps or what the best available option will be. He meets with the project managers weekly getting updates on projects as well as providing feedback and doing any training together so they know what they are doing while working on your project. He works on warranty claims as well, sometimes facing who might be more of a difficult customer especially if maintenance and proper upkeep was not done on their end for their hot tubs in Tulsa. Coming from a background where he has had to deal with a wide range of people he is very sympathetic and understanding and gets our customers calm and back on track. He has many other duties like keeping up with the service on the project managers trucks, and keeping the hot tubs in Tulsa stocked. It has been great having him a part of the PMH family because he sees the vision with us and strives to get us there.

Richard works with Joey in the shop handling the ordering side for projects and our project managers. As you could imagine there is a ton of different materials needed for each project far too much for just one person to handle. Randy and Amye both still order some materials like granite and brick and Richard orders most of the other things. Project managers also request needed materials they need as well as our contractors although they run their own business they still use the tools provided by Perfect My Home most of contractors only work for us and may do a few side jobs but we keep them pretty busy with projects. Richard is behind the scenes but his role is definitely important to keep projects moving forward with no delays. Our showrooms submit requests when they are needing specific supplies and the order for new hot tubs in Tulsa also goes to Richard. We appreciate all the hard work he does behind the scenes and look forward to implementing new processes to make things easier when ordering materials from all the companies that we work with.

Jonathan is our graphic designer creating the amazing sketches you see when we come to do your walkthrough as well as creating your 3D design that is shown in your presentation. His role is a mixture of both when creating he does the designs in the office but he also attends your 3D design presentation if you have any changes he can change it right there on the spot. He works on our customer permits as well and may have to come out to your home to gather pictures, or measurements he may need to provide when he is working on your permit. It is fantastic having our own in-house designer and not having to outsource anyone when our sales team is preparing for a presentation they visit with him and tell him about your vision and his creative side really brings your vision to life. Our 3D presentations have become very popular because you are able to see the project before it is ever started. He stages your design with people, a pool, a pool house, cool lighting, and our hot tubs in Tulsa. Adriana is our warranty claims specialist and also assistant to our CIO who was mentioned in the previous article. She helps him out if he needs any additional technical assistance or troubleshooting. Most of her time is spent in the office gathering the warranty claim information from our website, inputting the information in and sending information over to the responsible party to get the ball moving for the customer requests. You can expect to speak to her at some point if you have any issues with your hot tubs in Tulsa but luckily we don’t have many issues there that is a perk of working with Perfect My Home we provide premium luxury products to last as long as proper upkeep and maintenance are kept up with from the homeowners.
