There are so many new and exciting things that are going on behind the scenes here at perfect my home. We have added a lot of new products that we are so excited to introduce to everyone. We have been doing a lot of trade shows back to back so we have been very very busy but we have been able to even have our trade show in Tulsa where we get to show our Hot Tubs in Tulsa. It is always fun and exciting to get something new and be able to show it as such a place like that because now everybody knows that we have cold plunges they normally ask a bunch of questions because everybody is very curious about it because it’s kind of new to the scene Unless your athlete or into that type of Fitness Wellness category it’s kind of new to everyone. the cool thing about that is though even though they are not new to it and have been doing it for a while they are new to the way that it’s being built and manufactured now they normally would just fill up like a bathtub full of ice and water and things like that and now It’s an actual hot tub where you don’t have to do all of the extra stuff and on the other side it’s actually like one of our normal hot tubs in Tulsa so it’s like a half and half type of thing we think it’s really cool we’re so glad that we were able to get that in so we can get all of our customers who were looking for this product on board to come in and check it out and see exactly how cool it is. since we are also learning this product as well it’s been nice to get people who have been doing it this for a very long time to give us feedback and tell us what is the pros of this what is the cons of this because then we are More equipped and more knowledgeable to answer questions from an expertise level rather than just what we’re learning what research and what training is teaching us we actually know someone who does this quite often and then we can help customers who will come in and interested in getting a lot of those questions answered for them. there is so much going on in the world that the wellness area for companies and for homes have completely taken off of course with people getting things more private when covid first hit for sanitary reasons so we have been doing very well because a lot of customers don’t want to have gym memberships anymore they don’t want to go to Spas they kind of want everything in their own home which we completely understand so it has been nice to be able to get customers exactly what it is that they are looking for Outside of just our hot tubs in Tulsa. of course if you are in the market for one of those we are very knowledgeable about those so we can tell you all the information that you need to know the ends and out the bells and the whistles we know I totally everything about them a customers are normally Blown Away by how much information that we know about it. We know that sometimes customers have gotten used to customer service experiences where they can just kind of tell you very Base information things that you could just literally Google and it would be the first thing that pops up and they Tell you the price and that’s pretty much it they let you know very small details like what delivery looks like how long you may be waiting they’re just going to tell you very small stuff.
