We are going to talk about some of the situations that we have run into while we have been working with people as an OKC swimming pool contractor. This will make it very easy for customers when you do start the process with us and you’re looking at things like your contractor or any kind of different things that you may have to get with us like change orders and things like that that’s just kind of some of the stuff that we have run into you and so if we have the opportunity to clear up some of that information we definitely want to do that for you. one of our main goals here is that we always want to be on the same page with the customer we never want you to feel like you are Confused or you don’t understand where you are in the process of everything and you don’t know the next steps are and then you’re kind of just sitting around waiting that’s something that we definitely do not want to ever have any customers say that they have experience with us so we are going to clarify some things that makes it a whole lot easy and simple and clear for you. the first thing we want to address is going to be like our project contracts okay so once you decide you want to move forward with us and we let our office know they’re going to be getting your estimate that you approve they’re going to be attaching that to that just so you can see all the information that is included and you are being held responsible for like the pricing and the features and line items that you have selected and then we are also as a company being held accountable because these are line items that we have and that we are both going to be signing for so that’s kind of what that looks like when you’re going to get your contract you’re going to have your standard contract this is used for multiple different things it’s not just used for a okc swimming pool contractor Project this could be used if a customer is just coming in and they’re getting up outdoor kitchen right. One of the things that we have run when we are using this is that some customers will be like oh I don’t want to initial these certain different sections just because of it not applying to their specific project. We do completely understand that all sections do not  apply to every single project it is just a standard contract that we use for multiple different projects to make sure that we get everything covered and we don’t have to have multiple different contracts to figure out and send out so it was easier just to confine them all in one and do a section by section. there is not an option to put N/A once your initials are in and then there’s also Not a way for you to skip it. so some customer will reach out and say hey I don’t want to release on or initial hear when this doesn’t have anything to do with me and we just tell customers to sign and we just tell them we know that it doesn’t have anything to do with them and that we wouldn’t hold them responsible for anything that that section is talking about and so you’re perfectly fine to skip any section that doesn’t have anything to do with you as far as like reading it but as far as like initially get that something that you do have to do to get the contract to be completed. In some cases we have work with older individuals who are not good with online Internet and sometimes they come in and they allow us as a okc swimming pool contractor to help them  so they are able to get it done electronically and then sometimes we just have some customers who just simply ask for us to print it out and then they will come in and sign it until we have made the exception in very rare cases that’s something that we do not want to do because we want to make sure that we are keeping everything digital cuz once someone comes in and they do it then it’s up to us to scan every single page and then make it be digital for our standards  but if you find yourself in this type of situation just let us know something that we can definitely work with. Is change orders kind of covering what that means, what does it look like, when does it need to be paid in different things like that there’s a couple different scenarios when it comes down to change orders. So a change order is going to be any changes that you make pretty much after your project kind of starts. It’s even safe to say sometimes after your original contract that you received is signed. because what we are going to be doing is then adding something to the project and since that original contract was already sent and that one already has its line items and details and stuff like that we don’t want to interfere with that So it’s easier to just go ahead and send you a change order cuz then you’re also able to see the exact price that was added on you get to look at it you’re going to have its own separate line item and page and everything and it’s just much easier to track for everyone. so that’s kind of why they come in handy and when they come in place we have different options to send them to you as far as how to pay so we have one where you will be able to pay the link and that is the route that we prefer everyone to take it makes the process a whole lot easier when you’re working with us as a OKC swimming pool contractor and then the other way would be sending you something and this would be if you were going to be writing a check or if we were just adding it to your total on the back end. we have straight away from adding more to it from the back end just because some change or just do require that we get that money up front because new materials and stuff have to be ordered and so we want to make sure that we are keeping everyone on the same page and everything up today so we can move for it properly to make sure that everything is going to be good and taking care of for our customers when you are getting a pool with this as your OKC swimming pool contractor.
