• Type the name of the Customer google account
• Fill out which Google account they reviewed
• Fill out one line for each review

Booking Incentive

(Customer must recieve an estimate from the
salesman before this incentive is paid)

• Type the name appointment booked

Sold Incentive

(Customer must pay down payment
before this incentive is paid)

Hot Tub Sale

(Customer must pay down payment
before this incentive is paid)

• Type the name of the Customer
• Type the Amount (Excluding Tax)

Spiff

• Type the name of the Customer
• Select what Spiff you have earned

Sales Commission

• Enter customer Name into the box

(Review your tracking sheet prior. Only jobs highlighted in green will be eligible to collect on)

Reimbursement

• Select Type: Receipt or Mileage
• Type the name of the Customer
• Type the amount
• Attach file of mileage report or receipt

Photos

• Enter the full name of the Customer
• Photos must be edited, logo added, filed on dropbox folder

Project Manager Bonus

• Enter the full name of the customer
• Select how you earned the bonus (Timeline or Review)

Video Review

• Enter the full name of the Customer
• Video must be posted on Google Mybusiness and YouTube
• Video must be filed on Dropbox.
